Return Policy

Return, Refund & Replacement Policy – SuppMist

At SuppMist, we want every customer to have the best possible experience. If there is ever an issue with your order, we’re here to help. Please read our full policy below.


1. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Misprinted
  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Not what you ordered

You must report it within 30 days of receiving your package.

👉 Email us at support@suppmist.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue
  • A short description of the problem

Once approved, we will offer:
✅ A free replacement OR
✅ A full refund to your original payment method

Replacements are usually shipped within 3 business days.


2. Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, you must report it within:

🕒 30 days after the estimated delivery date

Once verified, we will replace or refund the order at no extra cost.


3. Situations NOT Covered for Refund or Replacement

We cannot issue refunds or replacements for the following:

Wrong Address Provided

If the shipping address entered by the customer is incorrect or incomplete, the courier will return the package to our facility.
Reshipment costs must be paid by the customer.


Unclaimed Packages

If the recipient does not pick up the package or is unavailable, the shipment will be returned.
Reshipment fees apply.


Buyer’s Remorse

We do not refund orders simply because the customer changed their mind.
Returns and exchanges for personal reasons are not accepted.


Customs Rejection

If a shipment is rejected by customs (for international shipments), no refund is issued.
(Not applicable if SuppMist ships only within the USA.)


Order Already Being Prepared

If the order status is “Accepted” and the product is already created by our fulfillment team, we cannot cancel or refund the order.


Discontinued or Out-of-Stock Products

We are not responsible for advertising or content-related expenses if a product becomes unavailable.


4. FedEx Deliveries (Important)

If a FedEx shipment is not delivered due to the customer (incorrect address, failure to pay duties, unreachable, refusal, etc.), the package may be destroyed or abandoned by the carrier.

In these cases, we cannot offer:
❌ Refund
❌ Replacement
❌ Reshipment


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Check your SuppMist account (some refunds may be issued as store credit)

Contact your credit card provider

Contact your bank (processing times vary)
