Thank you for choosing SuppMist. We are committed to providing fast, reliable, and transparent shipping across the United States. Please review our Shipping Policy to understand how your order is processed and delivered.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment verification.

Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays are processed on the next business day.

Once processed, your order will be handed over to our shipping partners for delivery.


2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates (USA)

We currently ship only within the United States.

Standard Shipping (USA)

Delivery Time: 3–5 business days after dispatch

Rural or remote locations may take an additional 1–2 days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to high volume, weather conditions, or carrier delays.


3. Shipping Costs

Standard shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on product weight and delivery location.

Free shipping may apply on orders above a certain value (if offered during promotions).


4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive:

A shipping confirmation email

A tracking ID with a link to track your package online

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect after dispatch.


5. Incorrect or Insufficient Address

If an incorrect, incomplete, or non-deliverable address is provided:

The order may be returned to our facility

Customers are responsible for reshipping fees

Please double-check your address before placing an order.


6. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

If your package is delayed or lost in transit, contact us immediately with your order number.

We will coordinate with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but not received are not eligible for refunds—please check with neighbors, mailroom, or local USPS/UPS station.


7. Damaged Packages or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or with missing items:

Take clear photos of the packaging & product.

Contact us within 48 hours at support@suppmist.com.

Our team will review and arrange a replacement if eligible.


8. Delivery Restrictions (USA Domestic Only)

We currently do not ship to:

U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.)

APO/FPO/DPO addresses

P.O. Boxes (for some products depending on carrier rules)


9. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed.
If the order is already packed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
